Basically a pencil is fine. Like Pensol, it cannot target itself if it is destroyed in battle, and there is even the possibility that it may even cause damage to its own field due to the forced effect.
It has a clear advantage in that it can be recruited from 《Baby Raccoon Ponpoko》and if it goes well, it can be reused.

Comprehensive evaluation: It is easy to use the bounce if you reverse it with 《World Legacy Pawns》.
Removal often depends on cards in the Extra Deck, such as 2 monsters lined up on the opponent's field, or 2 cards from the Extra Deck.
At that point, if you reverse this card, you will be bounced, and the two opponents will also be bounced, so you can use it repeatedly.
You can do the same thing by targeting one opponent's monster and yourself with "Penguin Soldier", but since you have two opponents, you can earn a little more cards.
It's also possible to set from "Baby Tanuki Ponpoko", bounce over there, or summon and set it back.

It has a wider range than Pensol, but unlike over there, it's not "until", so it's hard to be flexible, such as a misfire if the number of characters written in the text doesn't exist.

It seems to be interesting, but rather it is a troublesome effect for both yourself and the other party.
Ideally, Flip Summon this card and return two opponents.
It becomes quite a harassment when you lock it.
However, Cycle Reverse, which does not use the right to summon one by one, is easier to handle.
Still, I'm happy that it's compatible with 《Super-Nimble Mega Hamster》and 《Baby Raccoon Ponpoko》.

《Penguin Soldier》is OK if you don't consider race or attributes. If you adopt it, you need to make it meaningful to bounce your own monsters. Even so, you have to have 2 in your opponent's field and 1 in your own field, so it's definitely a little difficult to use.

Yeah, that's interesting.
Lower than Penguin because it ends in a misfire unless you can take advantage of the ability to return your own monsters.

However, Penguin Soldier is more powerful, but outperforms in that it can be used as a reuse of monster effects.
Even the tail is white!
